Ina Pira is a curator and cultural programmer with over 10+ years of experience in discovering and championing artists. Currently curator for Vimeo’s Staff Picks, she is driven by a passion for producing unique programs that make an impact and connect ideas with audiences. Prior to her job at Vimeo, Ina worked as a Senior Programmer for the Hamptons International Film Festival, the Montclair Film Festival, and the Sarasota Film Festival. She has served on festival juries and has spoken to numerous groups about film festivals, online programming, and digital distribution. Ina also serves on the Advisory Board for the North Bend Film Festival.

Music Industry veteran, Devin Sarno has produced and overseen hundreds of music videos for recording artists: Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, Metallica, R.E.M., Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, The Smashing Pumpkins, k.d. Lang, Lenny Kravitz, Ben Harper & many more. He was also a producer on the feature film "The Drifter" and the Executive Producer on productions helmed by renowned directors: Mark Romanek, Samuel Bayer, Valerie Faris and Olivia Wilde to name a few. Devin also composes and perform music since the 90's and has been featured in numerous major outlet and renowed films.

Targa is the Senior VP of Creative for Capitol Records. She has been overseeing music videos for Halsey’s first 3 albums, which have amassed more than 3 billion views, as well as eight MTV VMA nominations; a number of Katy Perry’s videos, which have also amassed more than 3 billion views; and executing multi-million dollar global campaigns. Among the many other artists Sahyoun has been integrally involved with on a creative level Mary J. Blige, Calum Scott, Sam Smith, Alesso, Matteo Bocelli, Jennifer Lopez, Neil Diamond, Niall Horan, Tori Kelly, Jon Bellion and Five Seconds of Summer. Prior to joining Capitol, Targa was Director of Video Production at Columbia Records where she worked with AC/DC, Adele, Train and One Direction...

He is the founder of Mirada Studios with Guillermo del Toro and the groundbreaking production company Motion Theory. Cullen's work has been seen over eight billion times on YouTube and he is the only director ever to win back to back Grammy Awards for music videos. Cullen has directed and produced over 1000 projects. Rolling Stone named him to its annual "Hot List," he introduced Adele to the world with her debut video "Chasing Pavements" and Wired called him "a director who is making music videos cool again."

Hailing from New Zealand, Jonathan is a Jewish genre producer/director who’s career has seen him screen his historical & fantasy films in every continent, racking up 100’s of awards. Alongside this he frequently works as an A.D. & Director’s Assistant for Ridley Scott’s RSA Films, Disney, South Pacific Pictures, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, Eight, and The Sweetshop; under Director’s such Baltasar Kormakur, Luke Scott and Mark Albiston. His main focus is currently CinéCiné a global film festival alliance of 15+ film festivals which serves up premium diverse content across the planet under the ethos that; art unites all.

He has been awarded Best Music Video numerous of times in trendy film festivals and has amassed over 100 million views and 2 vimeo staff picks. Clément  currently developing his first feature film.
